All in stock items are shipped on the next business day by first class with delivery confirmation through the United States Postal Service.
Insurance is not required but recommended. We can't be responsible for shipments lost in the mail service.

Refunds and Returns
Customer satisfaction is my top priority. Although I hope you my artwork, I will happily refund your money less shipping within 7 days of the date of shipment.
Please return the piece in its original condition to us via prepaid insured mail, and send an email to sunfluer@optonline.net ahead of time with the piece information, the reason for return, and the expected arrival date. Please pack the piece well and include your original receipt.
